Honestly, good. Costa can be entertaining to watch but dude's inactive & always loses when he gets a proper opponent who isn't washed. He lost to Whittaker & Vettori, but won vs. Rockhold and wants these top contender fights😃?  On the other hand Strickland dogwalked Izzy & went to a split with Dricus. The fight wouldn't even make sense.

Strickland responded to a fan on Twitter saying he is working out the pay to fight costa. I’m sure they will reach an agreement & given how the rest of the division is booked, I think it’s safe to assume this is the next fight. Now, we just have to see if it happens at 302 or at a later date

Hopefully more fighters start posting the offers they're turning down. Poirier didn't do it so blatantly but his fight magically got solidified the moment he went to Twitter and said it was off. 

You want me to fight a guy who hasn't beaten anyone in the rankings in years on 7 weeks notice when I just lost a title fight by split? I'd reject the first offer too. Strickland has fought everybody and beaten fighters better than Costa. If the UFC wants that fight bad enough they should pay up.

Ian Garry said on his ig that he has signed a contract (with a date) to fight Colby Covington. He did say Colby hasn’t signed, but idk if that’s him trolling or not. Either way, with the back and forth of these two, I think this is absutely the fight to make. It’s a big name for Garry and they already have beef which sells the fight

@lbbaker idk the exact reason but I know ONE has been hemorrhaging money for the past year or so. They’ve stopped booking like 90% of their mma fighters for some reason. I think part of it has to do with incompetence and the other part is just that they are flat out broke. They’re shelving pretty much everyone on their roster including champions
